"States of Exception" is the first original music released by Bodycall after a couple of years of inactivity.

The release's style is dark electro.

It is melodic but at the same time very aggressive and intense.

What sets it apart from other releases from these times, is relatively clean vocals.

Most of bands in this genre use heavy effects on vocals to the point that it was impossible or very difficult to make out what the lyrics are.

Of course, in many cases this would be beneficial, but Bodycall uses almost clean vocals and rock-style mixing where vocals are loud.

The release has a tri-fold booklet, double-sided inlay with transparent jewel case.

"States of Exception" to szybkie i melodyjne dark electro.

Cechą która wyróżnia to wydawnictwo i stanowi niejako znak rozpoznawczy Bodycall są mało przetworzone i dobrze słyszalne vocale.

Muzyka Bodycall czerpie z komercyjnego techno, zderza liryczne melodie z agresywnym śpiewem i mocnym beatem.

"States of Exception" ist die erste eigene Musik, die Bodycall nach einigen Jahren der Inaktivität veröffentlicht.

Der Stil der Veröffentlichung ist Dark Electro.

Es ist melodisch, aber gleichzeitig auch sehr aggressiv und intensiv.

Was es von anderen Veröffentlichungen aus dieser Zeit abhebt, ist der relativ klare Gesang.

Die meisten Bands in diesem Genre verwenden starke Effekte auf dem Gesang, so dass es unmöglich oder sehr schwierig war, den Text zu verstehen.

Natürlich wäre das in vielen Fällen vorteilhaft, aber Bodycall verwendet fast cleanen Gesang und eine rockige Abmischung, bei der der Gesang laut ist.

Die Veröffentlichung enthält ein dreifach gefaltetes Booklet, ein doppelseitiges Inlay und ein transparentes Jewel Case.
